1. Who may use this site
This site is published for adults aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are accessing it from a jurisdiction where no minimum age applies.
2. What this site is, and what it is not
This site publishes general editorial information about lifestyle and wellness topics.
It is not medical advice. Nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek professional advice for a medical concern, and never delay seeking it because of something you have read here.
It is not a shop. We do not sell any product described on this site. We are not a party to any transaction you enter into with a third-party retailer, and we have no responsibility for goods, services, delivery, returns or warranties provided by anyone else.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or probe, scan or test its vulnerability without permission;
- introduce malware, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on the infrastructure;
- scrape or systematically extract the site’s content for commercial use, or republish it as your own, without our written permission;
- use the site to harass, defame or harm any person.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. We may also suspend access without notice for maintenance or security reasons.

The text, layout and design of this site are protected by copyright and belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, print and share links freely, and you may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that, where you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in your country of residence, and mandatory consumer protections there continue to apply.
