Response times
We aim to acknowledge editorial correspondence within five working days. Corrections to published articles are prioritised.
What we cannot help with
We are an editorial site rather than a retailer or a support desk, so we are not able to help with order status, delivery, returns, warranty claims or product faults. Those need to go to whichever retailer you bought from — they hold the order record and are the ones who can act on it.
We also cannot give medical advice or interpret symptoms. Please speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
